3 months of hard work finally paid off~ After slogging for 3 months, guitar ensemble got a silver for SYF. Good job people~! So proud of you guys~ =) Now is CO's turn. Must get GOLD! If not very throw face... Haha. Jia you everyone! All the CO people repeat after me: gold, gold, come to me! Gold, gold come to me! Haha. Our CO victory chant.
Anyway... Last tuesday's sound test at SCH... So traumatising. First time wearing court shoes... And now my feet are blister-ful. Thank God for ankle stockings today! Haha. And plasters too. Anyway, traumatising because halfway through the set piece... Something I have never seen or heard happen before. The bridge flew off... Don't even know how it happened. Was playing bar 48 of da mo... The pizzicato part... Then suddenly heard a loud bang. Looked down and got a shock of my life. The bridge was hanging off the other end where the strings were attached... Was too stunned to do anything... Until the end of the song, Daniel Seet went to see what happened. Think the whole CO heard the bang lah. =( My poor cello... Always giving problems... That morning the A string snapped while tuning lah. Sigh... Hope it doesn't happen again next tuesday. Next tuesday is THE day... Haha.
So tired... Sorry if I've been pissing people off these few days. Especially Alyson... Sorry! Just too tired and too many things on my mind lah. Thanks to all the people who have been praying and standing by me! =) Hopefully won't be so busy now ya? =)
